Kindergarten - A puzzle adventure game

Kindergarten is a puzzle adventure game with pixel graphics and dark humor. You play as a student trapped in a strange school where teachers are dangerous, classmates vanish, and nothing feels normal. The game repeats the same Monday again and again, pushing you to learn from past mistakes and uncover the truth behind what is really happening.

How the game works

Each playthrough is one full school day, divided into time periods like morning class, recess, and lunch. When the day ends, everything resets back to the start of Monday. Characters forget what happened, events reset, and locations return to normal. The only thing that carries over is your knowledge as a player. You use what you learned in previous days to make better choices in the next loop.

Action Points and Time Limits

Your actions during the day are limited by action points, shown as apples.

Moving to a new area uses apples
Talking, helping, or completing tasks also costs apples
When you run out of apples, that time period ends automatically
Because of this system, you cannot talk to everyone or do everything in one day. Choosing where to go and who to help is the core challenge.
